5 Things I love about Running
Running is something I love doing, no matter how my day is crazy, busy, or bad. I always find time to run. Here are 5 things I love about running.
1. Turning my bad attitude into a positive attitude.
2. The more I trained for longer distances the more I learned about myself.
3. Satisfaction I get from achieving my goals, races, and after a hard run.
4. Meeting new people who love and enjoy running as much as I do. I have joined a few clubs and joined some groups on running. It’s such a tight community and the people I have met along this journey have been such great supporters.
5. The endorphin rush you get while running. This is one of my favorites.
