This week has been a not to “active” week for me. I ran 3 miles on Monday. I went to the gym Tuesday morning before work and I did chest/triceps. Holy hell since then I haven’t done much. I have been so friggin sore.
I was starting to feel a little better yesterday and went for a run. I took my daughter with me she rode her bike and I ran. What a mistake. She complained the entire time.
So I was hoping to make it to 3 miles. FAILURE, I finally gave up after 2 miles and my daughters nagging. I’m just not feeling it this week. Super lazy. There is always next week right?
